I am very happy with my experience with Naples plastic surgery and will definitely use them again in the future! I had breast implants that were 34 years old and I had them replaced by Dr Walsh. Believe it or not even after all that time one of the implants was still fully intact when he took it out, the other one had begun to show signs of gumminess from age. Dr. Baccaro is the best plastic surgeon in SWFL. He listens to what you want, and executes to achieve your goal. He makes you feel comfortable. He and his staff truly care for you from the start until the finish. I couldn’t feel the injections for the botox, and it was a perfect end product. If I have any other issues that he can address, I will come to him without hesitation.

Arrived early and was taken back to a room early. Was not expecting that at all. All my questions were answered on top of not being placed in a gown until after all my questions were answered. I feel everyone in the office was kind, caring, and i was not rushed.

When I began my search, I was specifically looking for a surgeon skilled in implant exchange with smaller implants and a breast lift to complement my 5’1″ frame. Before meeting Dr. Baccarro, I consulted with another plastic surgeon who was candid about his hesitations, especially concerning promises on nipple placement. Dr. Gardner performed fat injections in my face around my mouth and the folds alongside of my face. I have allergic reactions to soft tissue fillers. It takes a longer time for the fat injections to take hold but after 7 days I have no bruising and minimal swelling. I look forward to the positive results I am sure to have.

I felt like he cared, instead of feeling like I was just a number. I was able to stay the night right there in their facility which was great too. Nurse Beth took care of me. She was amazing as well. I can’t say enough about how great my experience was, and how great I look. Even my belly button looks real, not like some of the weird ones I’ve seen at the beach. I am 3 months out from my 4th surgery with Dr. Gardner and if I didn’t think he was the most wonderful and talented plastic surgeon I wouldn’t have come back time after time. In the fall of 2017 he did both my arms to get rid of my “wings”. Both arms were done at the same time and it turned out fantastic. 3 months later he did a tummy tuck. This was not just a nip and tuck….I had a “roll” he removed and again I could not have asked for a better outcome. After a few months, we did a mini face life. This was done without the “knock you out anesthesia”, just some medication which made me not care what was going on. Well that lead to the surgery I am currently recovering from which was a thigh lift. Now everything I have read about thigh lifts say it is very painful as it effects everything you do. Well I am here to say that it was not painful…I only took 3 pain pills after this surgery and again he did both legs at the same time. Dr. Gardner’s staff are the greatest people to work with. They are always there to answer any questions or just to give you the reassurance you need just going through the process. I would recommend Dr. Gardner for anyone who is looking for a wonderfully skilled surgeon who treats every person who comes to his office as if he or she are the only patient he has. He and his staff have truly made my plastic surgery journey a successful and pleasant one.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Baccaro from my consultation through my last post-op appointment. I had a left breast reduction to match my right breast. My right breast was smaller and higher due to radiation treatment I had in 2020. I feel so much better now that they are matching. He was very attentive and didn’t give me false expectations. I was headed to Atlanta to a well known plastic surgeon when COVID hit. Deciding to stay closer to home, I started looking for a highly-qualified, highly rated plastic surgeon in my own backyard of SWFL. Fantastic experience with all the staff! I was met by Amy, then shown to a room where I met dr Gardner.. who I knew from the start would be my surgeon, he was professional and yet down to earth, looked at my body and just knew what I wanted before I even said it! He met with me twice so that I was absolutely sure of what I was doing. He reassured all my concerns. Lisa his nurse was also amazing, she put me at ease and was highly professional. A few days Pre-op I met Andrea who spent over an hour going through every detail.. preparing me for what would happen how I would feel.. I then saw dr Gardner again who once again made me feel special and just so safe. Day of surgery I met Nicole the nurse who took care of me before the surgery and in recovery, again a wonderfully warm professional person who went above and beyond! My biggest fear was the anesthesia but the anesthesiologist was wonderful, explained everything to me and reassured me I would be drifting off into a comfortable sleep. Post op day 1 I went back for a check up saw dr Gardner and Lisa who calmed me and constantly reassured me that I’ve got this!! Dr Gardner informed me that a procedure I’d had done 21 years previously hadn’t been all I’d thought it had been and he corrected it! What can I say amazing Dr, nurses, staff and Brittany the office manager goes above and beyond. I’m only 3 days post op but I’m sure once I’m 3 months I will be ecstatic with my results! I had a very good experience with Dr. Baccaro. Recently, I had a breast reduction by Dr. Baccaro. I am incredibly pleased with both the results and with Dr. Baccaro. The office is very clean and the staff is responsive and helpful. And here is the best part, all your questions get answered. I had questions and more questions at each visit. Every time, Dr. Baccaro would not leave until he was sure that I understand exactly what was or would be happening, and that all my questions were answered. This doctor and his practice work very hard to make sure that the patient has all the information in order to make decisions and to understand. Dr. Gardner is a terrific Plastic Surgeon! He was highly recommended by a friend in Naples as “the best” and she was so right. I went to see him due to a droopy right eyelid which sometimes happens as we age. He knew exactly how to fix the eyelid muscle (a procedure he performs frequently) I immediately felt confident he was the right choice. I decided that since I was going to have this surgery and have to recover anyway I would have him fix some other things that have also drooped on my face. He performed a partial brow lift, and corrected both eyelids. I look refreshed… not redone. He corrects with a subtle hand. The entire experience was great, from the wonderful state of the art surgery facility, to the committed staff and of course Dr Gardner himself.

I met with Dr. Baccaro after a breast cancer diagnosis. At first, my visit was nothing more than a standard second opinion, as I had scheduled my surgery with another physician and was simply doing my due diligence by securing another opinion – until I met him. Visiting his office was a game changer for sure. After meeting with him, I had no doubt he was the physician for me. Being faced with a cancer diagnosis, having to undergo a bilateral mastectomy, months of chemo, reconstruction, and a lot of uncertainty; it was all exceptionally overwhelming for me. From the day I met him, Dr. Baccaro has treated me in a way that I feel his care for me. He’s so kind and compassionate, exceptionally bright and talented, and has carefully guided me each step of the way.

Pleased with replacing implants and making my breasts look even and correctly balanced after prior implants had shifted causing my breasts to move to the outside of my chest. Now I look flattering in my blouses. Dr. Gardener also corrected the shape of the nipple area of my left breast which was larger than the nipple on my right, making the shape more consistent with my right breasts. I had water cysts removed thirteen years ago near the nipple area on my left breast. Now, my breasts look even and shaplely.

I had the incredible good fortune to have been referred to Dr. Gardner for a breast reduction, which I had been looking forward to for a very long time! I have been to several different medical spas, this appointment was by far the best, easy, quick and no fuss. I appreciate not trying to be “sold” on other services or treatments. Instead of rushing in to get the job done and get me (and my mom) out of his office, Dr. Gardner took the time to hear my concerns. My neck lift has made a significant difference in my profile, yet I don’t look like I’ve had surgery. The staff are always smiling and kind. Dr Gardner was very caring and took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all questions. I am 2 weeks post-op and feel really good, the pain was so minimal I would use the term uncomfortable more than pain.

Had a upper and lower blepharoplasty with a slight lift at outer corners of my eyes. Dr.Gardner owns my face from now on. He did a marvelous job! He was highly recommended by my female doctor and nurses that don,t even work for him! I’ll be having a neck lift and nose job next.
