I am writing this letter about my experience at your office on Tuesday, September 18th. Working in a medical office, I have to say that this was one of my best experiences I have ever had. From the check in staff to Dr. Gardner and his wonderful nurse Lisa, they made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed during my visit. I just wanted to thank you and express my wonderful experience at the office. I've defintely found a new cosmetic surgeon for anything in the future.

Dear Dr. G,

It hardly seems possible that one month ago today you did my surgery. Last evening I was remembering the night before my surgery and how excited I was to know that it was really going to happen. Do you remember that you were going to prescribe some Xanax for me to take the evening before surgery and I asked you WHY? "Don't bother" I said because I have no fear of the morning. That truly speaks volumes about you and Dr. Barile. You both inspired confidence within myselfandin your ability to do a wonderful job!

This is the first Wednesday I haven't seen you since the surgery and I feel somewhat like the child who is going off to boarding school as the tethers are gentling loosening, just as it should be.

With the exception of the first 7 days following surgery, I can honestly say that I have not been hampered in any way from leading as full and as active a life as I did before the procedure. I'm sure I could have resumed ALL my activities before the 8th day, but I did follow my doctor's orders exactly. I'm notexaggerating when I say that no pain med stronger than Tylenol was needed post surgery; every sensation I felthad been explained to me by you or read by me via internet. There were no surprises so I was unafraid. You did all aspects of your job well!

I love my look which is ME only better. Left cheek still has a warm feeling ridge which is getting smaller. This must be the last area of swelling.

No jowls, beautiful neck and wide open eyes-what a talent you are!

I just want to thank you for all you did for us while in Naples. I am so grateful that we met you and you took such incredible care of me. As a cancer survivor, I have encountered many doctors and surgeons. I have to say in all my experiences, you were/are the top doctor. Your knowledge, compassion and care were superior. I feel truly blessed to have had your care.

I know reconstruction is a LONG way off but I am looking forward to coming to Naples and continuing under your guidance and surgical hand. I am hoping we will have a vacation home there soon.

I just had to tell you that I am still SO HAPPY with this facelift!!! I was showing someone my before picture today and just had the desire to tell you again how pleased I am. It's been a year and 3 months.

You are amazing both in your technical skills and your people skills. This summer I finally told my mother I had the facelift and she praised you up and down. That was a big moment.

My initial experience was very smooth, from the welcome of my visit to my departure. The staff is lovely and Dr. Gardner was very warm, approachable, and professional. When discussing my issues I felt like my concerns became his concerns. I felt respected. He educated me, comforted me, and established a professional rapport. I will certainly be a returning patient.

I was extremely satisfied with the services that this office had to offer. They turned a rather stressful situation into a pleasant one for myself. I would be more than happy to recommend this office to friends and colleagues of mine.

I have been to several different medical spas, this appointment was by far the best, easy, quick and no fuss. I appreciate not trying to be "sold" on other services or treatments. It's refreshing to be able to go in, get the treatment, pay and leave. Very little waiting and no pushy sales. Thank you and I will be back and also recommend Dr. Gardner.

Delightful experience!

I felt apprehensive at first, as with most first visits to any doctor. But Brittany was approachable, welcoming and friendly. Dr. Gardner was also laid back and easy to talk to. I felt he listened intently to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions with ease.

Overall I give this team 'two thumbs up'!! ;)

So far I felt very comfortable with Dr. Gardner & that's very important to me. He was down to earth which I enjoyed (most doctors are very stiff & uptight).

My wife and I found your practice to be very comfortable and friendly. We're impressed with the doctor's empathy and professionalism and found Brittany to also be very helpful, friendly, and professional. We didn't meet any other members of the practice.

The staff and Dr. Gardner were great and put me at ease. Answered all my questions and gave me some helpful advice.

Everyone in the office was soooooooo very nice –from the receptionist to Barbara. I have never felt so comfortable with a visit to the doctor as I had with Dr. Gardner.

The staff is very professional. They explain the whole procedure, and what will take place. Also, what you will need to do and how long it will approximately take to heal.

Aside from the great customer service, the bathroom was unbelievably clean and the exam room was very comforting. Not a typical exam room with the chairs, bed and medical equipment. It was a very relaxing environment. Dr. Gardner and the staff were very professional but also very friendly. I was very relaxed!!!

I had a good consult with Dr. G. VERY PERSONABLE.

I would go nowhere else... period.

I haven't had my procedure yet but after leaving Dr. Gardner's office I was so excited about it. Not only was his staff (Brittany) awesome, but Dr. Gardner was so down to earth and stayed with me until every question was answered. I just left there feeling like I was in capable and caring hands. That probably sounds cheesy but that's the simplest way to say how I felt when I left.

Dr. Gardner agreed to see me on very short notice following a hematoma that had formed as a result of an elevator accident. His recommendation of the scar strips have promoted the healing of the scar on my forehead.

Dr. Gardner was extremely detailed and explained every aspect of my procedure (before and after).
Additionally, he told me how I would feel each day after the surgery. I was never concerned, scared, afraid, nor worried after my surgery because whenever I felt a certain way I knew it was normal because he already told me about it. I couldn't believe it; I would think to myself, how did he know that?
I highly recommend Dr. Gardner and if I need anything else I will definitely visit him again!!!
